Most numbers about creator programs come from the brand itself, an agency case study or one viral video. This report counts the accounts and videos directly, applies the same attribution rules to every brand and publishes the totals. The brands this month: Cantina, Cal AI, Poppi, StudyFetch, Celsius, Wispr Flow, Anara, Turbo AI, Locket, Glow Recipe and Jenni AI. Each one has its own page in the UGC Brands dataset with the full overview.
Key findings for September 2026
- Celsius ran the most creators. 141 of its 177 counted accounts posted a brand video in the window, ahead of StudyFetch (132) and Poppi (107). 662 of the 1,109 accounts across all 11 programs were active.
- Views are concentrated in three programs. Cantina (25.8M), Cal AI (21.5M) and Poppi (20.4M) drew 70% of the 96.7M views on brand videos posted in the window.
- Views per active creator differ 55x. Cal AI drew 672K views per active account with 32 creators; Glow Recipe drew 12K.
- App programs run on new, small accounts. 69% of the 773 app accounts have under 1,000 followers, against 15% of the 336 consumer-brand accounts.
- Consumer brands disclose far more often. 32% of consumer-brand videos carry an ad disclosure in the caption or a platform ad label, against 4% of app videos. Turbo AI, Locket and Jenni AI had none we could read.
- Rosters turn over fast. 381 of the 1,109 counted accounts (34%) posted their first brand video inside the window.
Which brands ran the most UGC creators
"Ran" means an account we attribute to the program posted at least one brand video in the 30 days to the brand's measured date. Accounts that are on the roster but went quiet in the window are counted in the total, not in the active column. 306 more accounts mention one of these brands without a program marker; they are left out of every number here.

Activity rates vary as much as size. Poppi (91%) and Celsius (80%) had most of their rosters active; Jenni AI (18%) and Turbo AI (21%) had the least. A low share means a program has slowed, rotated to creators we have not found yet, or keeps a long tail of past ambassadors.
Where the views went
Views are the public view counts, on each brand's measured date, of brand videos posted in its 30-day window. They include any paid boosting, which public data cannot separate from organic reach.

Total 30-day views divided by the accounts that posted in the window. A high number comes from either established creators or one or two breakout videos.
The two charts tell different stories. Programs built on many small accounts post a lot and rely on a few hits: across all 11 programs a brand video drew 15K views on average, while the median brand video on the 7 programs whose typical account has under 1,000 followers drew between 387 and 1.2K views. Programs built on creators with existing audiences post far less and start each video from a higher floor. Cal AI is the clearest case this month.
Apps versus consumer brands
8 of the 11 programs belong to consumer apps (Cantina, Cal AI, StudyFetch, Wispr Flow, Anara, Turbo AI, Locket and Jenni AI); 3 to consumer packaged goods (Poppi, Celsius and Glow Recipe). They run UGC in visibly different ways.
| Group | Accounts | Under 1K followers | Dedicated accounts | Videos 30d | Views per video | Ad disclosure |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Apps | 773 | 69% | 48% | 5,596 | 13K | 4.0% |
| Consumer brands | 336 | 15% | 16% | 948 | 28K | 31.6% |
App programs lean on dedicated accounts, often opened for the program and posting several times a week: 48% of app accounts post for the brand on every video, against 16% for consumer brands, whose creators are ambassadors posting from personal accounts they have had for years. For the app side in depth, read how apps run UGC on TikTok.
TikTok or Instagram
815 of the 1,109 counted accounts are on TikTok. Instagram carried 22% of brand videos and 19% of views in the window. The average hides real differences between programs:
- Wispr Flow (97% of videos on Instagram) runs its program mainly on Instagram Reels.
- StudyFetch (19% of videos, 52% of views), Celsius (15% of videos, 68% of views), Glow Recipe (7% of videos, 24% of views) and Jenni AI (21% of videos, 77% of views) get a much bigger share of views from Instagram than of posts, so cross-posting to Reels pays.
- Poppi and Glow Recipe posted more than 90% of brand videos on TikTok.

How programs mark their creators
Every program leaves a public fingerprint, and it is the only reason these programs can be measured at all. Brand names alone never attribute an account. This month the markers were:
- Program hashtags. Cantina (#cantinapartner on 931 videos), Poppi (#poppipartner on 90 videos, #poppiuni on 55 videos, #poppipartneruk on 51 videos), Celsius (#celsiusambassador on 195 videos, #celsiuslivefit on 75 videos, #celsiusoncampus on 16 videos), Wispr Flow (#wisprflowpartner on 12 videos), Anara (#anaraambassador on 35 videos), Locket (#locketpartner on 26 videos), Glow Recipe (#officialglowgangambassador on 79 videos, #glowgangambassador on 24 videos, #glowpartner on 17 videos) and Jenni AI (#jenniai on 65 videos).
- Creator promo codes. Cal AI: 69% of brand videos name the brand next to a personal discount code.
- Account naming. StudyFetch: 198 of 207 accounts use a handle built on the brand name; Locket: 17 of 29 accounts use a handle built on the brand name.
- Bios. 425 counted accounts say in their bio that they post for the brand, the strongest single signal we use.
Hashtag counts cover brand videos in each program's caption sample (the 30-day window, or every tracked video when the window holds fewer than 40). A program that changes its hashtag mid-month shows up here first: the brand pages list which tags each program uses.
Ad disclosure on UGC program videos
We count a video as disclosed when its caption carries a disclosure (#ad, #sponsored, "paid partnership" and equivalents in German and Dutch) or the platform shows a paid-partnership label. Across 7,118 brand videos, 581 (8.2%) were disclosed.
- Consumer brands
- Apps
- Poppi349 videos53.6%
- Glow Recipe130 videos, all tracked31.5%
- Anara665 videos24.7%
- Celsius605 videos18.8%
- Cal AI92 videos12.0%
- Wispr Flow380 videos3.7%
- Cantina1,649 videos1.9%
- StudyFetch2,773 videos0.7%
- Turbo AI166 videos0%
- Locket243 videos0%
- Jenni AI66 videos0%
Disclosure can also sit in on-screen text, in the spoken script or in the platform's branded-content toggle, none of which public data shows, so these are lower bounds.
The gap between consumer brands (32%) and apps (4%) is the largest difference in this month's data. App programs that pay dedicated accounts per video rarely tag those videos as ads in the caption. If you run a program, the FTC disclosure and paid partnership entries cover what the rules ask for.
The creator side: 26,791 UGC creators
The brand numbers show who hires. The UGC Agent creator index shows who is available: 26,791 Instagram and TikTok accounts that present as UGC creators, each qualified by the app and each with a contact email (the index only keeps creators it can reach, so email coverage is 100% by design). Snapshot taken 7 October 2026; 6,211 of them were added in September 2026.

Creators by niche
14,756 creators carry at least one niche label; 12,035 do not, because their bio and content give no clear category. A creator can carry more than one niche. Beauty leads with 5,512 creators, then fitness (3,697), parenting (2,551) and lifestyle (2,252).

Follower size
UGC creators are small by influencer standards: 78% have under 5,000 followers and only 113 have 100,000 or more. That is the point of UGC: brands pay for the video, not the audience. The index is 93% Instagram, mostly because Instagram profiles expose an email far more often than TikTok profiles, and the index keeps only creators it can reach.
Countries and languages
Country is known for 15,672 creators (59%), from an explicit location in the bio or profile. Among those, the United States has 48% and the United Kingdom 22%. Spanish is the second language of the index after English, with 4,667 creators, which is why Mexico, Spain, Argentina and Chile rank high.
How UGC creators can be reached
76% of indexed creators list a personal inbox such as Gmail or Outlook and 15% use their own domain. Only 151 (0.6%) route brand mail through an agency or management company, so you can nearly always reach a UGC creator directly. 47% of emails are written in the bio itself.

Method and limits
Brand programs
For each brand, UGC Agent searched TikTok and Instagram for program evidence (program hashtags, caption templates, tagged posts, keyword search), profiled 1,458 candidate accounts and read 42,585 public videos, up to 40 per account. Each account was scored on public evidence: a bio that says it posts for the brand, account naming that matches the program, a program hashtag, a reused program caption or promo code, repeated brand mentions in category context and ad disclosures. Confirmed and likely accounts are counted; possible accounts are not. Full rules are on the UGC Brands method.
Thirty-day windows end on each brand's measured date (5 October 2026 or 9 October 2026), so together they cover 6 September 2026 to 9 October 2026: most of September 2026 rather than the calendar month exactly. Views are public counts on the measured date and include paid boosting.
Creator index
The index is the set of creators UGC Agent has found and qualified while running searches for its users, snapshot 7 October 2026. It counts Instagram and TikTok accounts the app qualified as UGC creators (26,791 of 28,374 rows), minus removal requests, with the same rules as the creator directory. Niche comes from the app's niche labels; country from an explicit location; language from the bio.
Limits
- Brand counts are a lower bound. Accounts that never use a program marker, hashtag or brand mention cannot be attributed from public data, and up to 40 recent videos are read per account, so prolific accounts are undercounted (464 counted accounts hit that limit).
- The 11 brands are the programs in the UGC Brands database, not a random sample of all brands running UGC. Rankings compare these programs only.
- Creator country is unknown for 790 of the 1,109 brand accounts and for 11,119 of the 26,791 indexed creators, because many bios give no location. Audience location is not public at all.
- The creator index reflects what UGC Agent users searched for, so it over-represents the niches and markets they hire in, and it holds only creators with a reachable email. It is 93% Instagram.
- Disclosure is read from captions and platform ad labels only, so disclosure rates are lower bounds.
Questions about this report
Which brand had the most UGC creators in September 2026?
Of the 11 programs measured, Celsius had the most active creator accounts (141 posted a brand video in the 30-day window), followed by StudyFetch (132) and Poppi (107). StudyFetch has the largest roster overall, at 207 counted accounts.
How many views do UGC programs get?
Across the 11 programs, 6,544 brand videos posted in 30-day windows drew 96.7M views, 15K per video on average. The median is much lower on most programs, because a few videos take most of the views.
Do UGC creators disclose that videos are ads?
In captions, rarely. 8.2% of 7,118 brand videos carried a visible disclosure: 32% for consumer brands and 4% for apps. Disclosure in on-screen text or the platform's branded-content toggle is not visible in public data.
Where are most UGC creators based?
Of the 15,672 indexed creators with a known country, 48% are in the United States and 22% in the United Kingdom, followed by Spanish-speaking markets. Country is unknown for 42% of the index.
