An agency whose growth is capped by creator supply.
UGC World is a UGC creator agency. Its campaigns run at a minimum budget of about $20k a month with roughly 10 creators each, across multiple concurrent clients, so its standing need is around 200 creators at any given time. Alexander puts the agency at roughly $100k a month, with clients that are seven- and eight-figure ecommerce founders and heads of performance marketing at app, AI, and SaaS companies.
The agency had never relied on cold DMs. It sourced creators through its own community — a free pool of about 15,000 creators, with roughly 300 active at a time. That worked, but Alexander described it as capped by design: you can only source from the network you already have. With new clients about to onboard, they were running thin.
“I was always capped as an agency by the amount of creators that I can source. Even having 15,000 creators to draw from, and 300 in an active pool that are available — even then, I struggle with it. So I want to tell you, you made my year, probably the next year and a half.”
One prompt. A raw list of 1,000. Straight into outreach.
Alexander described sourcing the list from a single prompt: find creators on Instagram with between 100 and 5,000 followers whose bio is in English, and return 1,000 of them. UGC Agent produced the 1,000-creator list in about ten minutes, and his team sent to it raw — no extra filtering.
The offer, email copy, sending platform, and campaign management stayed entirely with UGC World. That division matters to me: we can contribute relevant creator discovery and deliverable contact data, but the customer's positioning and offer still drive whether a creator wants to continue.
“Find me creators on Instagram with between 100 to 5,000 followers. Their bio should be in English. Give me 1,000 of them. It gave me that 1,000 list in like 10 minutes, and we just used that list raw. Zero bounces so far.”
147 positive replies, with the list only half-sent.
Alexander reported that the list had been sending for about 12 days and was roughly 56% through at the time of our call. Across everything sent so far, he reported zero bounces, a reply rate of about 20%, and that 86.98% of those replies were positive — 147 positive replies and climbing toward 170.
Alexander also noted that his team was comfortably placing 10 to 20% of those positive replies into active campaigns — a signal, in his view, of the list's quality given how simple the filter was.
Why I keep the 20% in context.
This was paid creator outreach, not cold B2B sales. The recipients were creators being invited to consider paid work, so reply rates can reasonably run higher than they would for a generic sales pitch.
These are also mid-campaign figures. The list was only about 56% sent, so the counts were still moving; Alexander expected the reply total to keep growing as the rest went out. Final creator selection and bookings are UGC World's, not ours.
What I think UGC Agent earns credit for.
The most defensible contribution I can claim is the quality and speed of the campaign inputs: a large, relevant, deliverable creator list produced from one prompt.
- Speed: a usable 1,000-creator list built in about ten minutes from a single prompt.
- Reachability: UGC World reported no bounces across the list it had sent.
- Targeting: even a simple follower-and-language filter produced 147 positive replies.
- Scale: enough volume to matter for an agency that needs roughly 200 creators on rotation.
I do not claim credit for UGC World's offer, email copy, sending, campaign management, final creator selection, or any downstream content or client performance.
What I take away from UGC World's campaign.
An agency that was capped by creator supply turned one prompt into 1,000 leads and, halfway through sending, 147 positive replies. For me, that is the useful standard for creator sourcing: not the size of a database, but whether the exported leads reach inboxes and start real work — at the volume an agency actually needs.
That is what I built UGC Agent to help teams do: discover Instagram and TikTok creators, enrich public profile and contact signals, score fit against the brief, and keep the output ready for review and outreach.
