How to use the outreach generator
Pick the message type and channel, add the creator, brand, product, offer, and deliverables, then give one specific reason you chose this creator. First-message mode returns one message plus a pre-send checklist. Follow-up mode returns a reminder, a context follow-up, and a close-the-loop note.
- Send a first email or DM that states the brand, why them, that it is paid, the scope, and one ask.
- Run Follow-up mode after a reasonable window with no reply.
- Standardize outreach so several teammates send the same quality of message.
Follow up without adding pressure
A good follow-up restores context, confirms the opportunity is paid, and adds one useful detail such as scope or timing. It should never manufacture urgency or imply that silence is unprofessional. The sequence is bounded on purpose: two follow-ups, then a clean close.
- Mention a deadline only when it is real. State it plainly as the brand's decision date, not as artificial scarcity.
- Stop after a decline, an opt-out, a channel restriction, or the end of the sequence, and record the outcome so nobody else on the team re-sends.
- Do not invent familiarity, performance results, customer names, or compensation. Confirm rates, usage, raw footage, revisions, exclusivity, shipping, and deadlines after the creator expresses interest.
- Read the complete creator outreach guide.
- Confirm creator fit before you write.

Details
Both modes are hand-written templates, so the output is predictable and safe to edit. Try UGC Agent free when you want the creator list the outreach is for.
- How many times should a brand follow up with a creator?
There is no universal count, but a short, bounded sequence is easier to manage and respect. This tool creates two follow-ups and one close-the-loop note rather than indefinite reminders. - How long should I wait before following up?
Use the campaign timeline and channel as context. Give the creator a fair chance to review the request, and avoid compressing several messages into a few days because the brand is late. - What should a follow-up add?
Clarity: paid status, likely deliverables, timing, product, or one answerable question. Repeating the original message without new value is less useful. - Is this tool free?
Yes. It runs locally in your browser with no signup. UGC Agent can also draft outreach from retained creator context, but an operator reviews and sends every message.
