What counts as a creator lead
A new lead is a creator profile retained by the sourcing workflow after enrichment and screening. Locked or skipped profiles are not presented as usable leads. Monthly limits reset by calendar month and are enforced on the server.

Costs that are not included
UGC Agent pricing covers the software. Creator compensation, product samples, shipping, paid-media usage, raw footage, revisions, exclusivity, contracts, content production, and advertising spend remain separate campaign costs.

Upgrade and cancellation
New paid subscriptions begin through Stripe Checkout. Existing paid customers manage plan changes, payment methods, invoices, and cancellation through the Stripe Customer Portal. Current billing terms shown at checkout control the transaction.
