After the request completes, review which creator leads were uploaded and which were skipped. Duplicates do not silently become a second outreach record.

A limited key for a specific job.

The launch workflow connects Instantly with two granular API permissions. That scope is enough to show the available campaigns and create the selected leads, without asking for an all-purpose workspace key.

UGC Agent encrypts the connected key and does not display it again. You can replace the key or disconnect it when access needs to change.

What can I send from UGC Agent to Instantly?

You can select reachable creator records from a live search or Saved Leads, choose an Instantly campaign, and add those leads directly. The integration reports which records uploaded and which were skipped.

Which API key permissions are used?

The launch workflow uses campaigns:read to retrieve campaign choices and leads:create to add the selected leads. The key is encrypted by UGC Agent and is not displayed again after connection.

What happens to duplicate leads?

If a selected creator already exists in the destination campaign, the duplicate is skipped instead of being added again. Broader suppression and do-not-contact records remain a separate team responsibility.

Can I change or remove the connection?

Yes. You can replace the connected API key or disconnect it when workspace ownership changes, access should end, or the current key should no longer be used.

Does the integration activate campaigns or guarantee replies?

No. The connection moves the selected lead data into the campaign you choose. Campaign activation, sender health, messaging, compliance, creator agreements, and results remain outside the integration.
