A consumer app built for a creator-led growth channel.
Overgrow: Screen Time Control is a B2C mobile app. As a consumer product in a highly relatable category, it can be explained through native creator content rather than relying only on polished brand creative.
When Sebastian told me his team wanted to start conversations with UGC creators about paid work, the two inputs that mattered were clear: creator fit and a working contact route.
We supplied the leads. Overgrow ran the outreach.
Overgrow took 225 creator leads sourced with UGC Agent and emailed them about a paid UGC opportunity. The sending, campaign brief, commercial offer, and follow-up remained with Overgrow.
That division matters to me. We can contribute relevant creator discovery and usable contact data, but the customer's positioning and offer still influence whether a creator wants to continue.
99 replies from 225 creator emails.
Sebastian reported that all 225 emails were delivered without a bounce or observed spam-folder placement. Ninety-nine creators replied, producing an exact 44% reply rate.
“Ran the numbers for you. Used your leads for a UGC creator outreach campaign — 225 creators emailed. 44% reply rate (99 replies). Of those, 34 actively engaged (wanted the brief / quoted), 65 passed. All 225 had valid, deliverable addresses — everything landed in inboxes, nothing bounced or spam-foldered.”
Why I put the 44% in context.
This was paid creator outreach, not cold B2B sales. The recipients were creators being invited to consider paid work, so reply rates can reasonably run much higher than they would for a generic sales pitch.
The 34 active conversations are also distinct from the total reply count. They represent creators who wanted the brief or provided a quote; the other 65 declined or otherwise passed.
What I think UGC Agent earns credit for.
The most defensible contribution I can claim is the quality of the campaign inputs: creator leads that matched the outreach purpose and came with valid addresses.
- Reachability: Overgrow reported no bounced messages across the 225-address list.
- Targeting: 99 creators considered the opportunity relevant enough to reply.
- Usable conversations: 34 replies progressed to a request for the brief or a quote.
- Clear handoff: Overgrow could take the list into its own sending and campaign process.
I do not claim credit for Overgrow's message, offer, campaign management, final creator selection, or any downstream content or acquisition performance.
What I take away from Overgrow's campaign.
Overgrow turned 225 creator records into 99 replies and 34 active commercial conversations. For me, that is the useful standard for creator sourcing: not the size of a database, but whether the exported leads can move into real work.
That is what I built UGC Agent to help teams do: discover Instagram and TikTok creators, enrich public profile and contact signals, score fit against the brief, and keep the output ready for review and outreach.
