Why teams switch

Hiring creators from a spreadsheet stops working at about ten.

The first campaign fits in a Google Sheet. By the third you have creators in five tabs, rates in old email threads and follow-ups living in your head.

A status column nobody updates

Who replied? Who is waiting on a brief? You find out by scrolling your inbox, one creator at a time.

Follow-ups that quietly slip

A creator asked for your rates on Tuesday. It is Friday. Somebody else hired them on Wednesday.

Deals scattered everywhere

The rate is in one email, the number of videos in a DM, and whether they got paid is in someone’s memory.

What’s inside

Built for creator deals, not sales leads. Stages, follow-ups and emails that match how UGC hiring actually works.

Nine stages, sourced to paid

Move creators through Sourced, Contacted, Replied, Negotiating, Hired, Creating, Delivered and Paid, or mark them Not a fit.

A follow-ups inbox

Every task with a due date lands in Overdue, Today, Next 7 days, Later or No due date, so no creator waits on you.

Email from your own inbox

First outreach, follow-up and send an offer templates open as a draft in your mail app. Nothing is sent from UGC Agent.

How it works

From first email to paid, in one place.

The CRM fills itself as you work. Unlock creators in the UGC Database or keep them from a Super Search, and they arrive as Sourced.

Start free
  1. 01

    Keep creators from a search

Every creator you unlock in the UGC Database is saved to the CRM, and so is every creator you keep from a Super Search. No copying handles or emails by hand.

    • New creators arrive in the Sourced stage with their profile and public email
    • Group them into custom lists, one per campaign, client or niche
  2. 02

    Reach out your way

Open a template in your own mail app, or push a whole list to Instantly or Smartlead when you run outreach at volume.

    • Three templates: First outreach, Follow-up and Send an offer
    • Log every touch as an email, DM, call or other, so the activity feed stays honest
    • Export any list to CSV
  3. 03

Track the reply and the deal

Drag the creator to Replied, then Negotiating. Record their rate per video, how many videos, the deal value and how well they fit.

    • Rate per video in USD, EUR, GBP, CAD or AUD
    • Fit rating from 1 to 5, phone number, notes and tasks on every record
  4. 04

    Hire, deliver and pay

Keep going past the yes: Hired, Creating, Delivered and Paid show exactly where each video is. Add hired creators to Creator Tracking to follow every video they post.

    • Set a follow-up task on any record and it shows up in the follow-ups inbox
    • Mark creators Not a fit so they stop cluttering the board

The creator record

Everything about a creator deal, on one page.

Open any creator and see the whole relationship: what you sent, what they said, what you agreed and what is due next.

  • Deal fields: rate per video in five currencies, number of videos and deal value
  • A 1 to 5 fit rating and a phone number, next to the creator’s public profile and email
  • Tabs for Activity, Notes, Tasks, Profile and Details, so nothing lives in a side document
  • Log a touch in one click (email, DM, call or other) and it lands on the activity timeline

Outreach at volume

Send a list to Instantly or Smartlead without a CSV.

When one email at a time is too slow, select creators in the Table view and push them straight into a campaign in the outreach tool you already use.

  • Push selected creators to an Instantly or Smartlead campaign you choose
  • In Instantly, creators already in the campaign are skipped instead of added twice
  • Prefer another tool? Export any list to CSV
  • Custom lists keep each campaign, client or niche in its own view

Works with the outreach tools you already use

Write one-off emails from your own inbox, and hand lists to your sequencer when you go wide.

  • Every email written from scratch

With the Creator CRM

  • Creators land here when you unlock or keep them
  • Nine stages on a drag-and-drop pipeline
  • A follow-ups inbox: Overdue, Today, Next 7 days
  • Rate per video, videos and deal value on the record
  • Push a list to Instantly or Smartlead
  • Three templates that open in your mail app

What a record holds

Plain fields, built around how creators get paid.

No custom-object setup and no sales jargon. These are the fields on every creator, ready the moment they arrive.

What it doesn’t do

  • It doesn’t send email: templates open a draft in your own mail app
  • No built-in sequences: push lists to Instantly or Smartlead instead
  • Video views and payouts live in Creator Tracking, not on the board
  1. 01

    Stage

Sourced, Contacted, Replied, Negotiating, Hired, Creating, Delivered, Paid or Not a fit. Change it by dragging in the Pipeline view or from the record.

  2. 02

    The deal

Rate per video in USD, EUR, GBP, CAD or AUD, the number of videos, and the deal value, so you always know what you agreed.

  3. 03

    The relationship

Activity, Notes and Tasks tabs, plus a log for every touch: email, DM, call or other. Tasks with a due date feed the follow-ups inbox.

  4. 04

    The creator

Profile and Details tabs with the public profile and email from the search, a 1 to 5 fit rating and a phone number field.

Your pipeline fills from your monthly leads.

The CRM is included on every plan. Creators arrive in it when you unlock them or the agent delivers them, and each creator uses 1 lead from your monthly pool. Compare plans

Questions, answered

Creator CRM questions, answered.

Still deciding? or message us.

What is the Creator CRM?

It is the pipeline inside UGC Agent where every creator you keep from a search lands, ready to contact, track and hire. You see creators as a Table or a drag-and-drop Pipeline, work through a follow-ups inbox, and keep rates, deals, notes and tasks on each creator’s record.

How do creators get into the CRM?

Unlocking a creator in the UGC Database saves them to the CRM, and so does keeping a creator from a Super Search. They arrive in the Sourced stage with their profile and public email, so there is nothing to copy across by hand.

Which stages does the pipeline have?

Nine: Sourced, Contacted, Replied, Negotiating, Hired, Creating, Delivered, Paid and Not a fit. Drag a creator between columns in the Pipeline view or change the stage from their record. Custom lists let you split creators by campaign, client or niche.

Does UGC Agent send emails for me?

No. The three templates (First outreach, Follow-up and Send an offer) open a draft in your own mail app, so the email comes from your account and the reply lands in your inbox. Log the touch on the record to keep the activity timeline complete. For outreach at volume, push the list to Instantly or Smartlead.

Can I send creators to Instantly, Smartlead or a CSV?

Yes. Select creators and push them to a campaign in Instantly or Smartlead, or export them to CSV for any other tool. When you push to Instantly, creators already in that campaign are skipped rather than added twice.

How do follow-ups work?

Add a task with a due date to any creator. The follow-ups inbox groups every task into Overdue, Today, Next 7 days, Later and No due date, so you can work through who needs a nudge without opening each record.

How is this different from a spreadsheet, Airtable or a sales CRM?

A spreadsheet or Airtable base needs you to build and update it by hand. A sales CRM is built around companies and deals. The Creator CRM fills itself from your searches and is shaped around creators: rate per video, number of videos, fit rating, and stages that run past the yes into Creating, Delivered and Paid.

Give every creator deal a home.

Unlock or source creators, then track every reply, rate and follow-up from Sourced to Paid. Every plan starts with a 3-day free trial.
