How to run influencer outreach at scale
The same five steps work with a suite or with sourcing plus a sequencer.
Build a list with a contact route
Keep only creators with a public email. A list where half the creators hide their contact behind a link in bio turns into DMs nobody opens.
Separate creators from managers
Management addresses negotiate differently and often quote higher. UGC Agent labels each email personal, creator-owned domain, likely agency or unknown, so you can choose.
Write one short, paid offer

Send in small batches

Ground rules
A public email is not permission to spam
Public availability of an address is not consent for bulk mail. Send relevant one-to-one messages, say up front that the work is paid, respect any stated management arrangement, and stop when a creator asks you to. Creators talk to each other, and a careless sequence costs a brand more than it gains.
The tools differ in how they protect you from yourself: suites cap daily sends, sequencers pace sending across inboxes, and UGC Agent skips creators already in an Instantly campaign so the same person is not contacted twice from two lists.
