Creator email workflow

Find contactable UGC creators and understand the email you found.

UGC Agent enriches public creator profiles, extracts available contact details, and classifies addresses as personal, creator-owned domain, likely agency, or unknown. Ask for direct emails to exclude strong management and talent patterns.

Workflow

From request to usable output.

1

Give the agent the operational context

State the product, program, target creator, platform, region, evidence requirements, and exclusions.

2

Inspect the structured output

Review sources, score reasons, classifications, risk flags, and any missing evidence before acting.

3

Keep the human decision

Use automation for the first pass while your team controls outreach, approvals, commercial terms, and publishing.

01

Email availability is a screening signal

A creator profile may expose a business address, include an email in the bio, or link to a creator-owned domain. UGC Agent uses those public signals during enrichment. It never claims every creator has an email, and it drops missing-email profiles from the default sourcing keep criteria.

02

Classify before outreach

A custom-domain address may belong to the creator, a management company, or an unknown organization. Classification compares the domain with profile context and known agency language. The output includes email_kind and has_agency_email so operators can audit the decision instead of trusting a hidden label.

03

Respect the brief

When a request asks for direct or personal creator emails, the agent can exclude strong agency, talent, and management patterns. Unknown domains remain visible for manual review because a conservative classifier should not pretend certainty.

04

Use contact data responsibly

Public availability does not mean permission for bulk spam. Review the creator's context, personalize the message, state that the project is paid, explain the basic scope, and provide a clear next step. UGC Agent drafts but does not automatically send outreach.

05

What the exported contact fields mean

The creator record keeps the available address alongside its classification and the profile context used during review. Personal means a common personal inbox pattern; creator-owned domain means the domain appears tied to the creator's identity or business; likely agency means management or talent signals are strong; unknown means the evidence is insufficient for a confident label.

Those labels do not validate deliverability or permission. Open the source profile, confirm that the address is still public, respect any stated representation arrangement, and use a relevant one-to-one message rather than a generic blast.

06

Direct-email requests and exclusions

A request can require direct creator emails and exclude strong agency, manager, or talent patterns. The exclusion happens during qualification, so a smaller retained list may be returned instead of filling the target with addresses that conflict with the brief.

Unknown domains stay uncertain. An aggressive classifier could incorrectly discard a creator-owned business domain; a permissive one could route outreach to management. UGC Agent exposes the category so the operator can make the final call.

07

A responsible outreach handoff

Contact data becomes useful only after creator fit is established. Keep the profile URL, work sample, email source, review date, fit reason, and outreach status together so another operator can audit the decision and suppress duplicates.

Before sending, state the brand, paid or gifted status, preliminary scope, and one next step. Move rates, deliverables, usage, raw footage, revisions, disclosure, deadlines, and payment into written scope before production.

Track delivery, reply, qualified reply, and booked-project states inside the campaign workflow without storing message content in SEO attribution events. Honor declines and opt-outs, suppress duplicate contact attempts, and review applicable privacy and outreach rules for the sender's and recipient's jurisdictions.

The sourcing workflow uses public creator profile and content signals supplied by configured data providers.

Can I export the result?

Creator leads and unlocked analysis fields can be exported where the workflow supports CSV export.

Can the same workflow run through MCP?

Premium MCP access exposes the supported server-side tools to compatible LLM clients.

Next step

Turn the brief into a creator list.
