Influencer databases

Influencer databases compared: size, emails and price.

An influencer database is a searchable index of creator profiles with contact details. Modash (380M+ profiles) and HypeAuditor (227.3M) are the largest, Influencity and Heepsy are cheaper entry points, Upfluence suits e-commerce programs, and UGC Agent (ours) holds 29,194 UGC creators, each with a public email, from $29/month.

Short answer

Database size is the number vendors lead with, but the limit you hit first is how many emails you can unlock each month. Count contacts, not profiles.

Pick a large influencer database if

you pay creators for reach and need audience demographics, fake-follower checks and YouTube or Twitch coverage. Modash, HypeAuditor and Influencity index hundreds of millions of profiles for that.

Pick UGC Agent if

you hire creators to film content for your own ads and accounts and need a public email for each. Every one of UGC Agent's 29,194 indexed creators makes UGC and has a public email, with 5,000 unlocks a month on Premium ($59).

Use both if

you run influencer posts and paid UGC side by side: vet reach in an influencer database, and source UGC creators in UGC Agent.

The options

The databases, one by one

UGC Agent is first because it is ours and it is narrower: UGC creators only. The numbered databases follow, largest first.

UA

UGC Agent

UGC creator database + live AI searchOur product

Best for: UGC creators who all have a public email

Published price: Pro $29/mo, Premium $59/mo, Ultra $199/mo; 3-day free trial

The UGC Database holds 29,194 UGC-qualified creators in the 29 October 2026 snapshot (25,291 on Instagram, 3,903 on TikTok), each with a public email labelled direct, own domain or management, and 10,167 link a portfolio. Filter by niche, country, follower band and buying signals such as UGC in bio or past brand work. When the database runs thin, Super Search finds more live from a brief.

Pick it if you want a contactable list of creators who already make UGC, and the price per contact matters more than audience data.

Watch for: Instagram and TikTok only, no audience demographics, and a far smaller index than influencer databases, because it keeps only UGC creators with an email.

3

Influencity

Influencer software

Influencity, from Valencia, Spain, sells discovery across 200M+ creators with creator insight tokens, plus CRM, outreach and campaign reporting on higher plans, with a 7-day trial on every plan.

4

Upfluence

Influencer + affiliate suite

Best for: E-commerce brands matching creators to their customers

Published price: Custom quote per module; 12-month minimum

The Find Creators module searches Upfluence's 14M+ creator database with lookalikes, recruitment pages and matching against your customer list, plus mass outreach from Gmail or Outlook. Store integrations, affiliates and payouts sit in the higher modules.

Pick it if your best creators are likely to be customers already and you sell through Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, BigCommerce or Amazon.

Watch for: no published prices and a 12-month minimum; Vendr reports a median of $15,000 a year paid by its buyers.

See Upfluence pricing and Upfluence alternatives.

5

Heepsy

Influencer search engine

Best for: Trying an influencer database for free

Published price: Free tier; paid from $69/mo billed yearly

An influencer search engine for Instagram, TikTok and YouTube that filters on audience and profile data, adds authenticity analysis and contact details on paid plans, and has a marketplace mode where creators apply to your offer.

Pick it if you want to test niche influencer search before paying.

Watch for: it is built for influencer marketing, so it does not flag UGC signals such as a portfolio or past brand videos.

See Heepsy alternatives.

6

Qoruz

Influencer software

Best for: Freelancers and small agencies starting free

Published price: Free plan; Premium and Enterprise after a demo

Qoruz, from India, offers a free plan with creator search, basic insights and content inspiration; advanced filters, costing data and reporting sit in Premium and Enterprise tiers priced after a demo.

Pick it if you want free discovery for Instagram and YouTube and will upgrade later.

Watch for: TikTok is not among its listed platforms, and the paid tiers have no published price.

Step by step

How to choose an influencer database

Five checks that separate a useful database from a big number.

  1. Count the contacts you need a month

Multiply creators per campaign by campaigns per month, then compare that with each plan's email unlocks, not its database size. Modash Essentials unlocks 150 emails a month; UGC Agent Pro unlocks 200 and Premium 5,000.

  2. Test coverage in your niche and country

Run the same search in every trial: one niche, one country, one follower band. A database of 380 million profiles only helps if it returns the 50 you need.

  3. Decide whether you need audience data

If you pay for reach, audience location, age and authenticity decide the deal. If you pay for content, UGC signals and a working email matter more.

  4. Look inside one record

Export a single creator during the trial and check what lands in your sheet: profile stats, audience split, the email and whether it belongs to the creator or a manager, past brand work.

  5. Price the year, not the month

Yearly billing, minimum terms (Upfluence asks for 12 months, Influencer Hero 3) and seat limits move the real cost more than the headline price.

Definition

What an influencer database actually holds

An influencer database is an index of public social profiles enriched with stats: followers, engagement, growth and, in the larger tools, an estimate of the audience's country, age and gender. Most add a contact email where one is public, then cap unlocks by plan. Size claims count every indexed profile, not the ones with a usable email.

A UGC creator database is narrower. UGC Agent keeps only creators whose profiles show they make content for brands (UGC in the bio, a portfolio, past brand videos) and only those with a public email. That is why it holds tens of thousands of creators rather than hundreds of millions, and why each contact costs less.

Our product

Where UGC Agent fits, and where it does not

Use UGC Agent when the creator's job is to film product videos, testimonials and ads that run on your accounts. Pro is $29/month for 200 creator leads, Premium $59/month for 5,000 with MCP and five seats, and Ultra $199/month for unlimited leads and the developer API. Every plan starts with a 3-day free trial that shows every creator in full. See pricing.

It is not an influencer database in the audience sense: no demographics, no fake-follower scores, no YouTube. In the 29 October 2026 index the largest countries are the United States (9,750 creators) and the United Kingdom (3,799), and the largest niches are beauty (6,645), fitness (3,966) and parenting (3,013).

Questions

Frequently asked questions

What is the biggest influencer database?

By each vendor's own count, Modash (380M+ creators above 1,000 followers) and HypeAuditor (227.3M influencers), then Influencity (200M+). Upfluence states 14M+. Size is a vendor claim, so test coverage in your own niche during a trial.

Is there a free influencer database?

Heepsy has a free tier, Qoruz a free plan and HypeAuditor a free start. UGC Agent has no free plan, but every plan starts with a 3-day free trial that shows every creator in full, and its creator lists by niche and country are free to browse.

Which influencer databases include emails?

Most do on paid plans, with monthly caps: Modash Essentials unlocks 150 emails a month and Performance 400. UGC Agent keeps only creators with a public email, with 200 unlocks a month on Pro and 5,000 on Premium.

Is there a TikTok influencer database?

Modash, HypeAuditor, Influencity and Heepsy all cover TikTok. For TikTok UGC creators with emails, UGC Agent indexes 3,903 and finds more live from a brief.

Influencer database or UGC creator database?

Pick by what you pay for. If the creator posts to their own audience, you need audience data from an influencer database. If the creator films content for your ads, you need UGC signals and an email, which is what a UGC creator database is built around.

Is this list sponsored?

No. UGC Agent has no affiliate or referral relationship with any company listed. UGC Agent is our product, which is why it is marked separately.
