Two models: volume and reach
We classify each program from its own numbers. A program is volume when its accounts are small (median under 10,000 followers) and either at least 40% of them are dedicated to the brand or active accounts post three or more brand videos a week. A program is reach when its median account has 10,000 followers or more. Anything else is an ambassador program.
- Volume: Cantina, StudyFetch, Anara. 5,083 brand videos in 30 days for 45.3M views, about 8.9K views per video on average. Output comes from many small accounts posting often, and a handful of hits carry the total.
- Reach: Cal AI. 90 brand videos in 30 days for 22.2M views, about 247K views per video on average. Creators with existing audiences (median 62K followers) post less often but each video starts from a higher floor.
- Ambassador: Jenni AI. 65 brand videos in 30 days for 130K views, about 2K views per video on average. Small personal accounts post occasionally; 10 of 55 Jenni AI accounts posted in the window.
- The trade-off is cost structure, not reach. Volume and reach programs both drew millions of views in the window. Volume programs pay for many low-view videos and wait for hits; reach programs pay more per creator for a higher floor per video. Which is cheaper depends on per-video rates, which you can benchmark on our UGC rates pages.

TikTok and Instagram
379 of the 505 app accounts are on TikTok. Instagram carried 18% of 30-day brand videos and 13% of views. StudyFetch (19% of videos, 52% of views) and Jenni AI (20% of videos, 76% of views) get a much bigger share of their views from Instagram than of their posts, so for some programs cross-posting to Reels is not a rounding error.
Format and caption hooks across the apps
Slideshows are 0.2% of the pooled app videos, so these programs run on video. The most common caption hooks are relatable reaction or POV (17%) and benefit or result claim (12%). See each brand page for its own mix, or the UGC video and hook rate definitions.
Versus a consumer brand
Celsius (energy drink) runs 177 accounts with a median of 4K followers, 20% under 1,000, posting 1 brand video a week each, with 15% slideshows. Its median account is 6.8 years old. The app programs' median account ages run from 123 days (Anara) to 3.5 years (Cal AI): most app programs run on accounts opened recently, the consumer program on creators' existing personal accounts.
Method
Same data and rules as every brand page: accounts attributed from public program evidence, confirmed and likely accounts counted, 30-day windows ending on each brand's measured date, up to 40 videos read per account. Pooled figures add the brand-level numbers together. Full rules are on the UGC Brands hub.
