How a UGC marketplace works
A UGC marketplace sells access to a pool of creators who signed up to it, plus the software to brief, select and pay them. You post a brief or browse profiles, creators apply or accept, and the platform handles messaging and usually payment. Choosing, briefing, approving and chasing stay with you, which is why marketplaces are the cheapest route per asset and the most time-hungry one.
The supply is the pool. If the creator you need never joined, no filter will find them, so the first question for any marketplace is how many active creators match your niche and market, not how many are registered in total.
Where the money goes
Marketplace pricing comes in three shapes: a subscription for access, a commission or fee on each booking, and a per-asset price set by the creator or the platform. 9 of the 18 marketplaces here publish at least one of those numbers. Read the fee and the creator price together: a low subscription with a high per-booking fee costs more at volume than the reverse.
Usage rights are the other line. Check whether paid-ad usage is included in the per-video price or sold as a licence on top, and for how long.
Marketplace, managed service or sourcing it yourself
A marketplace leaves you the selection and the management. A managed UGC service takes both and charges for it; those companies are on the UGC content agency page. Sourcing creators directly from public profiles removes the pool limit and the booking fee but adds outreach. Which one fits depends on whether your bottleneck is finding creators or running them.
Each company in one paragraph
The 18 companies on this page (UGC marketplaces), profile pages first and then alphabetical. Not a ranking: the order carries no judgement and no company paid for a position.

Check first: No pricing is published for either the marketplace or the managed tier.
Pick Afluencer if you want a low-cost, self-serve board where you post collabs and creators apply.
Afluencer is a marketplace where brands post collabs and verified creators apply, now presented as part of its sister platform Influencer Hero.

Pick Collabstr if you want to search and hire creators yourself and manage the relationship after the first message.

Check first: Campaign posting and live post tracking are gated behind paid Pro or Premium subscriptions.
Pick Influee if you want a self-serve marketplace for UGC video campaigns with a monthly subscription plus per-video fees.
Influee is a UGC creator marketplace where brands post campaigns and pay a monthly subscription plus per-video creator fees to get finished video ads.

Questions this page gets asked
What is the difference between a UGC marketplace and a UGC platform?
Platform is the wider word. Every marketplace is a platform, but UGC platforms also include influencer software, gallery tools and AI generators that never connect you with a creator. A marketplace is specifically the kind where creators sign up and brands hire from that pool.
Are UGC marketplaces cheaper than agencies?
Per asset, usually yes, because you do the selection and management yourself. The saving disappears if nobody on your team has the hours to brief, review and chase creators.
How do I check a marketplace's creator supply before paying?
Ask for the number of active creators in your niche and country who delivered in the last 90 days, and ask for three sample profiles. A total registered-creator figure tells you little.
