Content intelligence

Analyze a creator's content and hooks before you hire them.

A follower count says nothing about whether someone can sell a product on camera. UGC Agent analyzes a creator's recent public posts and reports median and maximum views, likes and engagement, posting cadence, the hook patterns they use, and which posts broke out.

Workflow

From request to usable output.

1

Point it at a public account

Give the handle of a shortlisted creator, on Instagram or TikTok, and ask for the content analysis.

2

Read the pattern, not the follower count

Median views, peak views, cadence, and hook style show whether the person reliably makes content people watch.

3

Reuse what works

Turn the observed hook and format patterns into the brief you send, instead of guessing the angle.

Continue the research

Check the surrounding decision before you choose.

These guides separate marketplace research, creator discovery, and the hiring steps that follow a qualified shortlist.

What UGC Agent is

The first-party factual summary: scope, networks, limits, and plans.

01

What the analysis reports

For a public account, the analysis reviews recent posts and reports median and maximum views, likes and engagement, posting cadence, the hooks the creator opens with, and which posts performed far above their own baseline.

Median matters more than the best post. One breakout video tells you a creator got lucky once; a high median across recent posts tells you the next video is likely to be watched. Reading both together is the point of the report.

Uploaded MP4 samples can be reviewed the same way: the opening, the pacing, the on-screen text, the strengths, the risks, and the edits worth requesting. That is how an application video or a portfolio reel gets a consistent read instead of a personal opinion.

02

Why this beats an engagement-rate benchmark

Engagement rate is a ratio against follower count, and for paid UGC the follower count is often the least relevant number on the profile. A creator with 3,000 followers who reliably makes watchable product demos is a better buy than a creator with 90,000 followers who has never held a product on camera.

UGC Agent therefore reports the behaviour, not a benchmark: does this person post often, do the posts get watched, do the hooks work, and is there product-demo evidence. Audience composition, fake-follower rates, and industry engagement benchmarks are a different category of tool, as the fit scoring page explains.

03

Turn the analysis into the brief

The same workspace researches current content patterns in a niche, ideates formats, and drafts script scaffolds, so an observed hook pattern becomes a concrete direction rather than a note in a document. Every draft still needs product-specific rewriting and claim review before it reaches a creator.

The free hook generator and script generator (which includes a timed shot list) run the same kind of drafting without an account, and the script template guide covers the formats worth testing.

04

Where the analysis runs, and its limits

Content analysis runs in the web app on shortlisted creators, over the developer API, and over MCP on Premium, so it can be part of the same sourcing turn that found the creator.

It reads public content only. It does not read private accounts, creator-side analytics, paid-media results, or audience demographics, and it cannot promise that a strong past post predicts the performance of your ad. Treat it as evidence for a hiring decision, not as a forecast.

Questions

What teams usually need to know.

Can I analyze a creator's content before hiring them?

Yes. For a public Instagram or TikTok account the analysis reports median and maximum views, likes and engagement, posting cadence, hook patterns, and breakout posts.

Does it analyze hooks?

Yes. The report covers the openings the creator uses and which of them appear in the posts that outperformed their own baseline.

Can it review a video the creator sent me?

Yes. An uploaded MP4 can be reviewed for opening, pacing, on-screen text, strengths, risks, and suggested edits.

Does it report engagement rate against followers?

It reports likes, engagement, and view distribution on recent posts. It does not publish an industry engagement-rate benchmark or an audience-authenticity score.

Does it use private creator analytics?

No. The analysis uses public posts only. Creator-side analytics and audience demographics are not available to it.

Can this run from an LLM client?

Yes, on Premium. The same content-analysis and content-drafting tools are exposed over MCP.

Next step

Judge the content, not the follower count.

Shortlist creators from a brief, then read what their recent posts actually do before you send the first email.
