Arcads' help center names four plan levels and the free trial. It states credits and limits per plan, but the dollar price of each plan is shown only inside the logged-in app.

Credits
What 8,000 or 16,000 credits actually buy
Arcads publishes its credit costs. Talking-actor models (Arcads 1.0, Audio-Driven and OmniHuman 1.5) cost 800 credits per minute, per actor, rounded up. Veo 3.1 costs 800 credits per generation, Kling 3.0 between 176 and 560, Translate Video 240, the Product Showcase preset 800 and the Show Your App preset 200. Two image models (Nano Banana Pro and Seedream) include 100 free images a day.
So Starter's 8,000 credits come to about 10 minutes of talking-actor video a month, or ten one-minute ads, or twenty 30-second ads if each rounds up to a full minute per actor. Creator's 16,000 doubles that. If you plan to translate or make several actor versions of each script, count each one separately, because the per-actor rule applies to every version.
Because Starter and Creator pause at the limit rather than billing overage, a heavy testing week can stop production until the next cycle. Pro is the first level where usage keeps running and unused credits accumulate, which matters if your volume is uneven month to month.

Why there is no public price list
On 12 October 2026 Arcads had no public pricing page: the /pricing path showed "Page Not Found", and the plan prices load from the app after sign-up. The help center and FAQ describe plans by credits only. That makes Arcads harder to budget than tools that publish a price ladder, so open the trial and note the in-app price of Starter and Creator before the 72 hours end.
Two terms are worth knowing before you add a card. The trial needs a card and converts to Starter automatically unless cancelled within 72 hours. And Arcads' FAQ says that if you are charged for a billing period in which you used no credits, you get a full refund within 30 days of the charge.
Fit
AI actors or real creators
Arcads' actors are based on real people who consented and are paid for their likeness, per its FAQ, and the output is AI-generated video. For hook and script testing at volume, that is the point. Where a brand needs a real customer on camera, genuine product use, or a creator's own audience and handle for partnership ads, it needs a person.
