1. Eligibility and approval
UGC Agent Partners is the affiliate program operated by Autopilot for UGC Agent (“UGC Agent,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Applying does not create a partnership. Every application is reviewed and we may approve or decline at our discretion, including because a site, audience, or promotion method does not fit the program.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into this agreement. One partner account per person or company. You are responsible for the accuracy of the payment and tax details on your account, and for keeping your login secure.
These terms apply alongside the UGC Agent Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Being a partner does not give you any right to represent UGC Agent, make commitments on our behalf, quote prices we have not published, or describe yourself as an employee, agent, or reseller.
2. How referrals are attributed
You receive a referral link at go.ugcagent.app and a coupon code. When someone clicks your link, we store a first-party cookie named ua_via on ugcagent.app for 90 days, along with a click identifier. If they sign up within that window, the referral is credited to you.
Attribution is last click. If a visitor clicks another partner's link after yours and signs up inside that partner's window, the later click wins. A referral is credited only once, to one partner.
Your coupon code attributes a signup on its own. If a customer applies your code at checkout, the referral is credited to you even when no cookie is present, which covers visitors on a different device or a cleared browser.
Referrals are not credited where the account already exists, where the signup is created by you or by an account you control, or where the cookie or coupon was placed by a method these terms prohibit.
3. Commission
You earn 30% of the plan revenue we actually collect from each customer you refer, on payments made in the first 12 months from that customer's first paid invoice. After 12 months the customer stays ours and no further commission accrues on that account.
Commission is calculated on collected amounts and excludes:
- sales tax, VAT, and any other tax or duty;
- refunded, disputed, or uncollected amounts;
- the one-time card-verification charge taken at trial checkout;
- Done For You retainers and other custom service work, unless we add a specific deal to your account manually and in writing.
Your coupon gives a referred customer 20% off their first three months. Commission on those months is calculated on the discounted amount we collect, because the calculation always follows real revenue.
We may change commission rates, the 12-month window, or the coupon offer with 30 days notice to the email on your partner account. Referrals already attributed to you before a change keep the terms that applied when they were attributed.
4. Holds, refunds, and chargebacks
A commission is recorded as pending when the customer's payment is collected, and becomes available after a 14-day hold. The hold exists so refunds and disputes can settle before money leaves.
If an invoice is refunded, charged back, or otherwise reversed, the matching commission is reversed too, whether or not the hold has ended. A reversal that takes your balance below zero produces a negative balance, which rolls into the next payout period and is offset against future commissions rather than invoiced to you.
5. Payouts
We pay on the 1st of each month for balances that are available on that date. The minimum payout is $50. Balances under the minimum roll forward until they reach it.
Payouts are made by PayPal or Wise bank transfer, whichever you set in your dashboard. We do not deduct processing fees from your balance, though your own bank or payment provider may apply its own charges or currency conversion. Payouts are made in U.S. dollars unless we agree otherwise.
You are responsible for keeping payout details current. Payments that fail because of incorrect details are returned to your balance and paid in a later cycle. Unclaimed balances on a closed or abandoned partner account may be forfeited after 12 months of inactivity where the law allows.
6. Tax forms
You are an independent contractor, not an employee, and you are responsible for your own taxes. Before we release a first payout we require a completed W-9 (United States persons) or W-8BEN or W-8BEN-E (non-United States persons). Payouts are held, not lost, until the form is on file. We may issue tax information returns where required.
7. How you may promote UGC Agent
You may write about UGC Agent honestly, publish reviews and comparisons, share your link and coupon in newsletters, videos, courses, communities, and posts, and describe the product using claims we have published.
You may not:
- refer yourself, your own company, or accounts you own or control, directly or through another person;
- bid on “UGC Agent” or “UGC Agent Partners,” variants, misspellings, or our domains as paid search keywords, or run ads whose text or display URL suggests they come from us;
- submit your coupon to coupon-scraper, voucher-aggregator, cashback-injection, or extension-based discount sites;
- use cookie stuffing, forced clicks, iframes, redirects, typosquatting, or any method that sets attribution without a deliberate click;
- send unsolicited bulk email, SMS, or direct messages, or promote UGC Agent in a way that breaks a platform's rules;
- publish invented metrics, customer results, pricing, or feature claims, or state or imply that we endorse your other products;
- register domains, social handles, or app names containing our brand, or copy our site, emails, or branding in a way that could confuse a reader about who is publishing.
Commissions from prohibited activity are not payable and may be reversed after they have been paid.
8. Disclosure
Every placement carrying your link or coupon must disclose the relationship clearly, near the link, in the same medium, and before the reader clicks. Wording such as “I may earn a commission if you subscribe to UGC Agent.” satisfies this. Hidden, footer-only, or hover-only disclosures do not.
This is a legal requirement under the FTC's endorsement guidance and comparable rules elsewhere, and it is a condition of remaining in the program.
9. Referred customer data
Your partner dashboard shows the email addresses of the customers attributed to you, along with their signup date, plan, and status. This is stated plainly here so there is no surprise on either side, and it is described in our Privacy Policy.
You may use that information only to support the people you referred and to understand your own referral performance. You may not add referred customers to unrelated marketing lists without their consent, sell or share the data, or use it to promote a competing product. You must handle it in line with applicable privacy law and delete it on request from us or from the customer.
10. Changes, suspension, and contact
Either of us may end this agreement at any time. You can close your partner account whenever you like; available commissions earned before closure are paid on the next scheduled payout date, subject to the minimum and to tax forms being on file.
We may pause or close a partner account, withhold or reverse commissions, or end the program entirely where we reasonably believe there has been fraud, self-referral, coupon abuse, brand-keyword bidding, missing disclosure, misrepresentation of the product, or any other breach of these terms. Where the reason is not fraud, we will tell you why.
We may update these terms. Material changes to commission rates, the attribution window, or the payout schedule take effect 30 days after we email the address on your partner account. Continuing to promote UGC Agent after that date means you accept the change.
Questions about the program, a payout, or an attribution you think is wrong: email hello@ugcagent.app. Not a partner yet? Apply to UGC Agent Partners or read the program overview.
