What is UGC Agent?

UGC Agent is a data platform for UGC marketing. It combines a searchable database of UGC creators with public emails, a map of the brands running UGC programs on TikTok and Instagram, performance tracking for creator videos, a creator CRM, and an AI agent that searches live when you need creators the database does not have yet.

Where does the data come from, and is it legal to use?

Everything comes from public Instagram and TikTok profiles and posts, plus contact details creators publish themselves. You contact creators directly from your own inbox or outreach tool, so follow the email rules that apply to you, such as CAN-SPAM in the US or GDPR in the EU and UK.

Are the emails real? Will they bounce?

Every creator in the database has a public email found on their profile or linked pages, labelled as direct, own domain or management so you know whose inbox you are writing to. UGC World emailed 1,000 creators sourced with UGC Agent and reported zero bounces.

How fresh is the data?

The database grows every time a search finds and checks a new creator, and you can filter to creators added in the last 7, 30 or 90 days. Brand programs cover the last 30 days of public videos. Creator Tracking refreshes stats when you open it or press refresh.

What does it cost, and what counts as a lead?

Paid plans start at $29 a month for 200 leads. A lead is one creator delivered to you: either an email you unlock in the database or a creator the agent sources for you. Creators you have already received are free to unlock again. Premium includes 5,000 leads a month and Ultra is unlimited.

Can I try it before I pay?

Yes. Pro, Premium and Ultra each start with a 3-day free trial, and you can cancel anytime before the 3 days end. During the trial you see every creator in full (name, handle, profile and stats), run Super Search on 25 creators, open a preview of every brand page and explore a sample Creator Tracking dashboard. Creator emails and CSV export unlock when the paid plan starts. How is this different from a UGC marketplace?
